As our banner states, we believe that "Successful outcomes start with envisioning and planning".  All too often we see projects that haven't been properly planned out and this inevitably ends up costing the customer more money and delivery can dates slip.  At Deylen Infotech we use a simple management system for projects coupled with some core values that are vital to a Project's success.  Risk mitigation is vital in making a project run smoothly, identifying the risks and developing a mitigation plan is vital.

Envisioning Capturing the customer's requirements and documenting what needs to be achieved.
Planning  Taking the results of envisioning and then planning out how to achieve the goals by developing specifications, risk mitigation documents, project plan to manage costs and delivery times.
Development Building the application/system and constantly monitoring risks and the project plan.
Stabilisation/Delivery Working with the customer to ensure that what has been developed works properly and more importantly meets the envisioning brief.
